Pilates | Build core strength and longer leaner muscle tone. Pilates strengthens deep core muscles and is very safe and rehabilitating in results. Classic STOTT mat Pilates will include traditional Pilates exercises developed by Joeph Pilates. Each class will also include physical therapy based exercises and restorative stretches. Most Pilates Exercises are done from the florr; making this class perfect for those with feet or knee limitations. |
