Yoga | Western Style Fitness Yoga Focuses on Physical components of yoga - not Mystic. Classes are designed for those who want the yoga practice and benefits, without the intrusion upon their personal and/or spiritual beliefs. Elements from various yoga technigues are incorporated to increase strength and flexibility, promote muscle development, bone health, and overall symmetry. Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar based Yoga will flow with great music. |
